Getting Clear
You’ll engage in simple exercises designed to provide you with the clarity you need to move you forward.
Week 2
Your Empowerment Session
You'll grant yourself agency to create a life you truly love, and learn how to release any limiting beliefs or patterns that cause you to feel disempowered.
Week 3
Personal Context Session
In this session, you’ll bring your reflections, insights, & lived experience as it relates to the well-seasoned process to this point, since “one-and-done” is not how we do it.
Week 4
Befriending Your Wiring
Because real progress comes when we work with our ourselves, not against, we’ll spend this time honoring how we’re built, allowing you to move forward in a way that truly works FOR you.
Week 5
Your signature seasoning
In this session, we’ll unpack your assessment results that reveal where your flow forward may be compromised by instinctual overloading or blocking, & explore how to use this new awareness to restore your flow.
Week 6
Autumn Seasoning
You’ll learn how to take stock, release what unnecessarily drains you, and practice radical gratitude for life’s goodness.
Week 7
Personal Context Session
In this session, you’ll gather what’s been coming up for you in this journey—and we’ll spend time revisiting, deepening, & integrating what’s been stirred so far.
Week 8
Winter Seasoning
You’ll discover when/how to tend to your most primal needs and how to nurture an active dream life .
Week 9
Spring Seasoning
In this session, you’ll practice leaning into spontaneity, playful exploration, and novelty—all needed when creating a life you authentically love.
Week 10
Personal Context Session
This session invites you to bring forward your reflections, insights, and lived experiences from your journey through the well-seasoned process thus far—because true understanding unfolds over time, not in a single sitting.
Week 11
Summer Seasoning
During this session, you’ll rediscover the importance of showing up for the things that matter most to you, again and again, and again.
Week 12
Personal Context Session
Consider this session a harvest of sorts—where you bring the seeds you’ve planted, the weather you’ve weathered, and the fruit that’s begun to ripen so that your learning is both deepened & enhanced.
Week 13
Celebration & Embodiment
In this final session, we’ll celebrate your accomplishments & anticipate your next, well-seasoned steps!
